Pasir Ris Mall Opens 150 Retail Offerings

On June 12, Pasir Ris Mall, a brand new retail centre located along Pasir Ris Central, opened its doors to the public. The mall boasts over 150 retail and F&B outlets spread across its four floors. In a press release by Allgreen Properties, the developers stated that the mall’s tenant mix is designed to provide a comprehensive and convenient shopping experience, catering to various needs and preferences.

The mall’s current tenants include popular establishments such as Cantine by Kopitiam, Cold Storage supermarket, MindChamps Preschool, Chinese supermarket Scarlett, Snap Fitness gym, a Timezone arcade and Japanese clothing brand Uniqlo. In addition, an upcoming polyclinic will also be added to the mall’s offerings.

Strategically located beside the Pasir Ris MRT Station, the mall will also be seamlessly connected to the future Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub, which will feature a new bus interchange and a link to the upcoming Cross Island Line.

For environmentally-conscious commuters, the mall offers more than 1,000 bicycle parking spaces and shower facilities for cyclists and pedestrians using the nearby Central Greenway. This cycling and walking path connects Pasir Ris Town Centre to Pasir Ris Park and Beach, providing a scenic and healthy mode of transportation.

Jointly developed by Allgreen Properties Limited and Kerry Properties Limited, Pasir Ris Mall marks Allgreen’s first mixed-use development in the suburb. As Pasir Ris continues to develop and grow as a vibrant and modern town, this new retail centre adds to the array of amenities and facilities available to the community.
