A spacious, 1,733 sq ft four-bedroom duplex is set to go under the hammer at Verdure, a freehold condominium along Holland Road. The property, listed by ERA Realty, will be up for auction on July 25, with a guide price of $3.38 million, which works out to $1,950 per square foot.
This is an owner’s sale and marks the second time the unit has been listed for auction. It will be sold with vacant possession, and was initially put up for auction last month at the same guide price. However, it was withdrawn as there were no bidders.

According to Kenny Neo, senior advisory group division director at ERA and the marketing agent for the property, the owners of the unit being auctioned are looking to sell and upgrade to a larger property. He adds that they are keen to find a buyer soon, which is why they have opted to list the unit for auction.

Verdure is a freehold development that was completed in 2012. It comprises 75 units, ranging from two- to four-bedroom units, as well as penthouses.
