SRI appoints head of research and data analytics

Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mohan Sandrasegeran as their Head of Research and Data Analytics. Sandrasegeran joins SRI from One Global Group, where he was Senior Analyst for Research and Content Creation. He has also heled research roles at Ohmyhome, PropNex Realty, BCI Asia and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

Bruce Lye, SRI’s Managing Partner and Co-Founder, commented on the appointment, “Mohan is the ideal choice to spearhead our research team and we are delighted to have him on board.” This comes as SRI look to enhance capabilities in research. “He will be embarking on research publications which will dive into the upcoming trends in the real estate industry, and offer invaluable insights which will help to cement our position as thought leaders in the industry,” Lye stated.
