The seller had originally purchased the 16th-floor unit in December 2014 from the developer for $1.45 million ($1,384 psf), making a profit of approximately $810,000. The new record at Thomson Three supersedes the previous high of $2,130 psf set on April 23 this year from the sale of a 732 sq ft, two-bedroom unit.Located along Bright Hill Drive, off Upper Thomson Road in District 20, Thomson Three is a 99-year leasehold condo with 435 units across 21 storeys. Units range from one- to four-bedroom apartments between 495 and 1,485 sq ft, and also feature 10 strata semi-detached houses measuring 3,283 sq ft each. No new psf-lows were recorded during the period in review.
