Keppel REIT secures Equifax as Blue & William’s anchor tenant
Equifax, a global data, analytics and technology company, has recently opened up a new workplace at the Blue & William in North Sydney, Australia. The Blue & William building is a 10-storey office space, located at the intersection of Blue and William Streets and is part of Keppel REIT’s portfolio. Equifax is the anchor tenant, occupying an impressive 4,350 sqm across levels five to seven.
Prior to this the company was based out of two separate offices, making this move an exciting change.
Koh Wee Lih, CEO of the manager, expressed his pleasure at having Equifax as part of the Blue & William building. He highlighted the fact that the building was designed with tenant experience and wellness kept in mind, and said that it was a “smart, sustainable office building”.

She highlighted the modern and inspiring nature of the new work environment, and said that she was confident it would facilitate collaborative working, as well as help in attracting great talent.
Overall, the relocation of Equifax to the Blue & William building is a move that had been warmly welcomed by both the company and the building management. It is hoped that the new environment will help the company achieve greater success.
Keppel REIT, being one of Asia’s leading real estate investment trusts, is committed to offering quality office spaces across Asia Pacific’s key business districts. This is evidenced through the introduction of the Blue & William building.
