Momentus launches first serviced apartment

The Chip Eng Seng Group is launching a new hospitality brand, Momentus Hotels and Resorts, to venture into serviced residences. Momentus Serviced Residences Novena at 12 Shan Road is the first apartment-style offering from the Momentus brand, and the second property overall, following Momentus Hotel Alexandra which opened in March of last year. Located near Novena MRT Station and other medical hubs and shopping malls, this serviced apartment is designed to provide a comfortable sanctuary and re-imagined hospitality experiences.

The building was purchased by a joint venture led by Roxy-Pacific, with partners Macly Capital and LWH Holdings, from TA Corp for $86.5 million in March last year.
